"A Time of Celebration and Joy" at the Spring into Life Gala

TKC Students for Life hosted a new kind of off-campus event, the Spring into Life Gala and Gameshow, on Feb. 25. The gala gave students a chance to wear formal attire, feast on amazing food and watch or participate in a live game show. At the beginning of the event, the SFL exec team members spoke about their intention to make the event a time of celebration and joy amidst the difficult news about the financial situation at King’s. Approximately 35 students showed up to partake in the festivities.

King’s Announces Collaboration with Primacorp Ventures Inc.

The King’s College announced its new collaboration with Primacorp Ventures Inc. on May 14 via newsletter email, The King’s Insider. President Tim Gibson and the Board of Trustees approved the agreement on April 30.

Under terms of the agreement, Primacorp will provide resources and expertise regarding student recruitment, marketing and fundraising, while the College will retain control of academic standards, institutional messaging and curriculum offerings.

The Furor Over Facemasks Explains Why I Did Not Wear One

Professor Glader is entitled to his opinions and his feelings – it is left to us to judge their substance. I find the abundance of non sequiturs and strawmen in his op-ed truly alarming, but I console myself with the thought that this is rushed opinion rather than reasoned argument. Apparently, he has a few axes to grind about President Trump, sex scandals, cover-ups, shouting racial slurs, and even my alma mater - all find their way into the piece. What those have to do with me or the issue at hand is rather hard to see.
